1Introduction

Because Scoper integrates directly with telecommunications and email networks to deliver Magic Links, Quotes, and notifications, we strictly enforce this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Our ability to deliver messages reliably depends on our users maintaining a high sender reputation.

2The Anti-Spam Mandate

You agree that you will only send quotes, text messages, or emails to individuals who have explicitly requested them or opted in to communication from your business.

You may not use Scoper to send unsolicited bulk marketing emails.
You may not purchase lists of phone numbers and use Scoper to "cold text" them.
If your account triggers high bounce rates, spam complaints, or carrier filtering, your messaging capabilities will be immediately suspended.

3A2P 10DLC Compliance Acknowledgment

If you utilize our SMS features, you are subject to A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) regulations enforced by major wireless carriers.

By sending SMS through Scoper, you acknowledge and agree that all SMS communications must comply with carrier regulations. You represent and warrant that you are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from homeowners before triggering automated texts (such as Magic Links or Quote notifications) through the platform.

4Enforcement

Scoper reserves the right to monitor messaging volume and error rates. Violations of this AUP will result in immediate termination of your API access and potential suspension of your entire Scoper account without a refund.
