1Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Scoper platform. By registering for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent to this agreement.

2Limitation of Liability

Scoper is a tool, not a financial advisor or estimator. You are entirely responsible for the pricing, calculations, and estimates generated through the platform.

Important Disclaimer: If you misconfigure a pricing model (e.g., entering an incorrect price-per-square-foot) and consequently underbid a job or suffer financial losses, Scoper cannot and will not be held liable for any lost profit, revenue, or damages. You must verify all quotes before dispatching them to clients.

3Service Availability & "As-Is" Delivery

The platform is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we rely on third-party cloud infrastructure.

In the event of an outage, system failure, or API unavailability (e.g., if you cannot access a quote for three hours), Scoper is not liable for your lost business, delayed jobs, or incidental damages.

4Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, immediately and without notice, if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in behavior that harms the platform's reputation or infrastructure (e.g., spamming clients or abusing the API).
